Agreeing to these terms

By using the Applash website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Applash Solutions ("Applash", "we", "us").

What this Site is

The Site tells you about Applash and our work. It is not an offer to enter into a contract, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or technical advice. Any project we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that we both sign or accept.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' information
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation
  • send spam, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site
  • use the Site to send unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material
  • pretend to be someone else when you contact us

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are broken.

Our content and ownership

The text, design, graphics and code of the Site belong to Applash or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

Names, logos and screenshots of products and clients shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe our work.

Case studies and information

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but case studies and descriptions are simplified summaries for information only. They are not guarantees of what a particular project will achieve for you, because results depend on your business, your data and how a system is used.

What you send us

When you send us a message or fill in a form, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not include confidential information in a form submission. Ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first if you need to share it. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to websites we do not own, including social media, client products and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and we exclude all implied warranties.

Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, Applash is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change or remove parts of the Site at any time, and we may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mohali, Punjab, India, have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be limited by contract.
